This Mother’s Day, we’re setting the table in honour of the women who made every meal mean more.

Inspired by Mumma Chow, Chef Mal has created a nostalgic menu that reflects the dishes he grew up with, food that tells a story of family, tradition, and love.

Tumeric satay chicken / peanut and dark soy sauce

Mumma chow’s famous curry puffs

Prawn pan rolls / plum sauce

Steamed dumplings / black vinegar dressing

 

Large

Stir fry Margaret River wagyu beef and celery

Steamed kai lan / oyster and crispy garlic sauce

Stir fried ‘Mai fun’ rice noodles with shredded cabbage

One pot curry chicken with crispy potato

Glutinous rice ball / black sesame coconut soup
